Terms & Conditions Governing Cancellations, Reissuance, and Refunds
Bani Travels acts solely as an intermediary agent between the traveler ("Customer") and third-party Travel Service Providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotel operators, ground transport entities, and insurance underwriters ("Suppliers"). All bookings, reservations, and travel documents issued are subject to the individual tariffs, terms, and conditions established by the respective Suppliers. Bani Travels shall not be held strictly liable for supplier insolvency, operational schedule alterations, or unilateral supplier cancellations.
All airfare bookings are bound by the statutory Fare Rules and Conditions set forth by the validating carrier at the time of ticketing:
Cancellation and refund eligibility for hotel accommodations, tour packages, and ancillary services are determined by the individual property or tour operator’s cancellation schedule communicated during booking checkout:
Bani Travels provides administrative and advisory services for visa application filing. All government application fees, consular tariffs, biometric verification costs, and agency service charges are strictly non-refundable once processing, document verification, or submission has commenced—irrespective of whether the visa application is approved, delayed, or denied by foreign diplomatic missions.
Refunds are initiated only upon formal approval and receipt of returned funds from the respective Supplier:
Bani Travels shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations or liable for financial indemnification in the event of travel disruption, delays, or cancellations arising from Force Majeure events—including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government entry restrictions, civil unrest, or airline operational strikes.
To formally request a cancellation, reissuance, or refund claim, the Customer must submit a formal written application containing their Booking Reference Number (PNR) and valid government identification to bookings@banitravels.com. Verbal or informal cancellation requests shall not be recognized as valid notice.
